Items with Additional Charges
These items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from being placed in our dumpsters.
APPLIANCES ($50 EACH) – Washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.
RECYCLABLE MATTRESSES ($75 EACH) – Mattresses or Box Springs that are relatively clean, unstained and dry.
NON-RECYCLABLE MATTRESSES ($150 EACH) – Mattresses or Box Springs that are stained, wet, damaged.
TELEVISIONS ($50 EACH) – Flat screens only. If you have a “box style” TV, send us a picture for a quote.
ELECTRONIC WASTE ($25 EACH) – Laptops, Computers, Desktops, Monitors, Servers, Hard Drives, etc for destruction.

PAINT CANS ($20 EACH) – Paint cans are charged per gallon can. Contact us for disposal options.
PROPANE TANKS ($20 EACH) – Propane tanks must be EMPTY and OPEN for pick up & disposal.
CAR BATTERIES ($10 EACH) – Car Batteries must be in sealed condition and not leaking.
TIRES ($25 EACH) – Up to 30” Tires. Contact us if you have Bulk Tires or Larger Tires.

Aerosol cans, liquids, animals, antifreeze, asbestos, barrels, batteries, chemical products, contaminated soil (mixed with solvents, gasoline, lead paint chips, etc.), food waste, Freon items (refrigerators, freezers, A/C units), hazardous waste, herbicides & pesticides, lawn chemicals, industrial waste, lubricating/hydraulic oil, medical waste, motor oil, oil filters, other flammable liquids, car parts containing or leaking oil/fluids, paint (except completely dried and empty latex paint cans), propane tanks, radioactive material, railroad ties, rock/sand/dirt/brick/shingles/construction debris (in large quantities), solvents, tires.

NO HAZAROUS MATERIAL OF ANY KIND
NO BULK CONCRETE, ROCK, BRICK, PLASTER, SHINGLES, etc. – Contact for Construction Debris.
NO BIOMEDICAL, RADIOACTIVE, PCM OR ANIMAL WASTE – You will need to contact the EPA or your local town.
NO LIQUID WASTE – All Liquids are prohibited from landfills. This includes wet paint and automobile fluids.. If wet paint is discovered, there will be a $25 disposal fee per gallon, plus any applicable dump trailer cleaning fees.
NO FREON – Any item that contains, or has contained, Freon (A/C units, refrigerators, freezers, etc.), is not allowed in the Dump Trailer. We are able to haul these items separately with our junk removal service. For pricing and arrangements, please contact us.
NO TIRES – Tires cannot be placed in the Dump Trailer. If tires are discovered, there will be a $25 disposal fee added for each tire. We are able to haul tires separately with our junk removal service. For pricing and arrangements, please contact us.
NO AUTOMOTIVE BATTERIES – Lead acid batteries cannot be placed in the Dump Trailer. They can generally be taken to any auto parts store.
NO HOT ASH or COAL – No hot ash, coal, or any items that were once on fire and have not had ample time to fully extinguish.
NO MATTRESSES – Mattresses and box springs are NOT permitted, see Mattress Pricing above.
NO BULK FOOD WASTE – Bulk food waste cannot be placed in the Dump Trailer.
Please keep in mind that you own the contents of the Dump Trailer until the landfill or transfer station accepts the material.
LEVEL LOADS ONLY – Over-loaded Dump Trailers (Dump Trailers loaded higher than an even level of the top of the trailer) will not be hauled, and a return trip fee of $75, plus $25 for each additional day, will be applied to the cost of the service. We will return when the items above the maximum height have been removed. It is unlawful for us to haul loads loaded higher than the side of the container.
DENSE MATERIAL – e.g. shingles, concrete, brick, plaster, etc. Small amounts of dense materials are permitted, but keep in mind that they are very heavy, and your rental includes a certain amount of included disposal weight. Our rentals are for HOUSEHOLD CLEANOUTS & DEBRIS – these are not meant to be used for heavy construction debris. See limits below.
INCLUDED DISPOSAL WEIGHT – The 15 Yard Dump Trailer rental includes 1 TON (2000 lbs.). Any weight over that will be billed to you at $175 per TON, pro-rated to the exact additional tonnage that we are scaled in, at the landfill.
THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWED IN ANY SIZE Dump Trailer IS 3 TONS (6000 lbs.).
OVER-WEIGHT DUMP TRAILERS – Dump Trailers loaded heavier than 3 TONS may not be picked up, and a return trip fee of $75, plus $25 for each additional day, will be applied to the cost of the service. We will return when the items causing the Dump Trailer to be over-weight, have been removed. We will return when instructed to remove the trailer.
NO MACHINE LOADING – e.g. Bobcats, skid-steers, loaders, backhoes, forklifts, etc. No machine loading what-so-ever. We also do not allow the use of machine compactors, crushers or any machine to be used in, around or above our dump trailers.
Each Dump Trailer rental includes up to 3 days of rental time. Unless a special request has been made, or you’ve booked for a longer rental time, we will automatically schedule the pick up of the Dump Trailer for the morning after your rental period. It is your responsibility to contact us if you need the Dump Trailer picked-up or removed at a different date/time. If you would like to extend the rental time beyond the PICK UP DATE listed on page 1, please call us at least 24 hours prior to that date. Each additional day is $25. We cannot guarantee an extension, since there is a chance that we have already reserved the Dump Trailer for another customer.

Please make sure the Dump Trailer is ready to go, and not blocked in, on the pick up day. If, when we arrive to pick up the Dump Trailer, it is unavailable, or blocked in where it cannot be picked up, you will be charged a $75 trip fee. Another attempt will be made the following business day. You will be charged a $75 trip fee for each unsuccessful attempt, plus $25 for each additional day.
CANCELLATIONS & DELIVERY ISSUES:
All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental start date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental will incur a $150 cancellation fee. If the dumpster has already been dispatched to your location and is turned away, unable to be delivered, or rejected for any reason, you will be charged 100% of the rental cost, and no refunds will be issued. Please note that we do not accept cancellations on the day of delivery or once the dumpster has been dispatched OR delivered.
PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO BLOCK IT IN THE DAY OF PICK UP.
We will happily place the Dump Trailer wherever you ask us to, as long as we deem it safe. You are responsible for all permits (if required) and any fine resulting from the lack of obtaining them. Please contact your local town or city if needed. We normally only allow placement on residential driveways.
We promise to treat your property the way we would want ours to be treated, and do our best not to damage any property. That said, Dump Trailers and our Delivery Trucks are heavy, and what you put in the Dump Trailer will more than likely be heavy, so please understand that even though we take precautions not to damage property while delivering or picking up a Dump Trailer, there is no way to guarantee that no damage will occur.
Rapid Junk Removal RI assumes NO LIABILITY for property or driveway damage. You are responsible for any damage done to the Dump Trailer (besides normal wear). The following is not considered normal wear: burn marks, machinery or vehicle damage, paint/graffiti, dents, holes, large dents, pealed decals, paint/chemical stains, fire damage, etc.
PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN OUT OF, AND AWAY FROM THE DUMP TRAILER.
Rapid Junk Removal RI assumes NO LIABILITY for injuries sustained while in, on, around, or loading the Dump Trailer. You and anyone at your property agree to use our equipment including dumpsters and dump trailers AT YOUR OWN RISK.
